These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cbajl platform and all its services. cbajl offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If cbajl determines that a user is improperly claiming incentives through bonus manipulation, multiple accounts, or any other strategy, cbajl has the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus.

5.1 General Betting Policy

Bets placed on cbajl are considered final and cannot be changed except in the case of a technical error. cbajl reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds ("palpable errors"). All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Sports Betting

The decision to accept or void bets in sports markets is at the discretion of cbajl. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of related bets will be determined in accordance with cbajl's applicable rules. cbajl accepts no liability for any discrepancies arising from delays in live betting.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbajl platform:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent strategies or manipulation.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the cbajl platform.
• Professionally placing bets on behalf of third parties.

cbajl's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
